Sometimes finding the right Dream Team isn’t about asking, “Where do you need help?” It’s asking, “How has God already wired me?”

Think about what comes naturally to you. What do you notice that other people miss? What kind of people do you connect with? What gives you energy?

Because there may already be a place here that feels a whole lot like you.

• Connections
  If you’re the one who introduces people to each other at parties, who remembers not just a name but the story behind it, and can’t stand watching someone stand alone in a room, you were built for Connections.
• Creative
  If you’re always taking the photo, spotting the perfect angle, dreaming up the next post, or would rather help make the moment happen from behind the scenes, Creative is your place. Whether it’s social media, photography, video, or design, there’s room for your creativity here.
• High School
  If you can sit through a hard, honest conversation without flinching, you actually like getting asked the tough questions, and you want to be the adult a teenager still remembers ten years from now—High School is your place.
• Kids
  If you can do a silly voice on command, a five-year-old’s belly laugh makes your whole week, and a little chaos doesn’t scare you—Kids Ministry is home.
• Middle School
  If you secretly think middle schoolers are hilarious—not just awkward—you can roll with a mood swing mid-sentence, and you’re willing to lose at dodgeball on purpose to make someone’s day—Middle School wants you.
• Online Hosting
  If you can make someone feel welcome without ever being in the same room, love connecting with people in the comments, and believe church can reach far beyond the walls of a building, Online Hosting is for you. Help create community for people watching from home, across the country, or around the world.
• Parking
  If you don’t mind being the very first face someone sees before they’ve even parked the car, directing traffic like a human game of Tetris sounds weirdly satisfying, and you can handle a Texas parking lot in July—Parking is calling your name.
• Prayer
  If you’re the person people call when they need prayer, you believe prayer can change a situation before anything else can, and you love standing in faith with someone in the middle of what they’re facing—Prayer Team is your place.
• Production
  If you notice the lights, hear the details in the mix, love figuring out how things work, or think being behind a camera sounds way better than being in front of one—Production is your place. From lights and audio to cameras and screens, you’ll help make every service happen from behind the scenes.
• Safety
  If you’re always the one who knows where the exits are, who notices the thing before anyone else does, and you feel most useful when something could go wrong and doesn’t—because you were there—Safety Team needs you.
• Ushers
  If you notice the family looking for four seats together before they even ask, handing someone an invite card with a smile is basically your love language, and you’d rather help quietly than be noticed—Ushers is where you shine.
• Worship
  If music moves something in you that words can’t reach, you’ve got a gift on an instrument or in your voice, and you want to use it to help a room experience something bigger than themselves—Worship Team needs you.
