Welcome to Westover Kids
Our goal at Westover Kids is to introduce your kids to the real Jesus at each phase of life by telling the story of Jesus and bringing the Bible to life. Our teams provide a safe, fun, and engaging experience where your child can be paired with a leader to guide them through service and into a closer relationship with Jesus.

In Westover Kids, we make your children’s safety a priority. We have a detailed check-in process, and all our staff and volunteers are thoroughly vetted and trained to work with kids. Plus, they love it!
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to check in and get your kids acquainted with their teacher and classroom.
Our Infants ministry is for newborn 4 weeks through 2 years old.
Our Preschool ministry is for kids ages 3-5 years.
Our Elementary ministry is for kids ages Kinder-4th.

FAQs
-
How does check-in work?
You may check in your child at any available check-in station throughout Westover Kids. After providing your phone number and selecting your child’s name, you and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the nametag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

It’s my child’s first-time attending Westover Kids. How will they know where to go/what to do?
At Westover Kids, we LOVE our first-time visitors. First time visitors are given a special sticker at check-in to let us know they’ve never been here before. Our staff, teachers and students are trained to look for these stickers and make an extra effort in welcoming, comforting and helping first-timers. From the minute a child arrives at Westover Kids to the minute they are picked up to go home, we want to make sure they have the most fun and easy experience possible.
-
My child is attending a service with a friend/family member who is in a different age group. Can they attend together in the same environment?
Because our curriculum is adapted in each environment to best fit the age group being taught, we encourage kids to attend the service in their appropriate age venue.

How can I stay in the loop about what’s happening in the ministry?

Will my child feel safe?
We know that nothing is as important as the safety and security of every child. God has entrusted us with caring for your children and we are humbled by this privilege. Here are some of the things we do to keep your kids safe and secure:
All children must be registered the first time they visit one of our environments.
-
Every child and parent will receive a security tag with a randomly generated security code. If you’ve already registered, this is computer generated upon check-in. These tags must be matched when you come to pick up your child. If you lose a tag, we will ask for your driver’s license.
-
Every staff member and volunteer in Westover Kids has been screened and has passed a criminal background check.
